| Our Client, an elevator and escalator company having more than 200 branches around the world. Their activities are Design, Manufacturing, Installation and Maintenance of Elevators. DEPARTMENT: Service JOB TITLE: Examiner REPORTS TO: Executive/Team Leader-Service (Functional placement in the organization) Duties and Responsibilities o Follow ACE Processes o Follow EHS Processes o Follow Service Processes o Use PPE Regularly o 100% completion of Routine and preventive maintenance every month in the route o 100% completion AES Points and return of pink copy o 100% completion Audit Points and return of Audit copy. o 100% Completion of Health check points of Recovered or Acquired Elevators. o Completions of QI / CI Tip. o Maintain Highest Audit rating in Area. o Attend customer complaints in time o Maintain Lowest Call per Unit per Annum (4 CPUA) o Fill Time Tickets regularly. o Order Material for replacement o Replace material timely o All the elevators should be WWJSS compliance in the route o Ensure prompt responses to actively resolve customer complaints there by improve customer satisfaction. REQUISITES o Technically sound, Awareness of preventive maintenance and Good knowledge of attending breakdowns etc. o Belief in ethical culture and integrity o Ability to handle Customers and assistant etc. QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE ITI OR Diploma in Engg. Any discipline - 1 to 5 years in Maintenance / Trouble shooting in elevator industry Preferably from Elevator Industry. AGE 20 TO 30 Years CTC : 1 TO 2 lakhs per annum LOCATION : Bangalore & Chennai
