AGE: 25 TO 60 YEARS.

QUALIFICATION: GRADUATES

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

        Recruitment and building a team of Sales officers.
        Meeting monthly Sales Target of Rs. 200000/- on a consistent basis through your team.
        Generating New Business leads and maintaining the existing customers.
        Provide guidance to the Sales Officers regarding market mapping.
        Follow up on policy renewals.
        Achieve and Exceed the Individual target and key performance indices.
        Reporting Sales Activities in the required format to the Branch Manager Sales on a regular basis.
        Develop and consistently maintain a team of minimum 10 sales officers at all time with a high SO activation ratio.
