ASSISTANT RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR
QUALIFICATION: BBA/BBM, MBA / Relevant Experience in the Field
EXPERIENCE: 5-7 YEARS
Location : Trivandrum
To assist Recruitment Coordinator to set up recruitment office for medical manpower recruitment needs of various over sea clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Get recruitment requests from various clients for placement.
Interface with recruitment licensed agencies like Wave India.
Provide Wave India with back office support and IT support. (Websites, Job Portals, Databases)
Coordinate job skills training for selected candidates prior to deployment.
Provide weekly report of progress and look ahead for the next 30 days.
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Work efficiently under the direction of managers and independently with clients to define concepts.
Be the liaison between the Recruitment Coordinator, clients and support teams.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish clients requests from the underlying true needs.
Utilize experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions and business analysis with clients.
Interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Interpret client's business needs in order to translate them into application and operational requirements.
Have excellent organisational skills.
Requires excellent skills in databases, word processing, spread sheet, desktop publishing and presentation applications.
Strong oral and communication skills and English language fluency.
Be an excellent judge of character.
