Description
The work required therefore comprises:
Knowledge transfer in workshops / individual sessions
Records Manager
Retention Policy Services
Training of EMA Records manager in
the configuration of Retention Policies
use / configuration of automated declaration of records, retention policies, disposal holes and audit trails
Support of users by the implementation of retention policies
Support of EMA users in scripting/execution of UAT covering creation, retention and disposal of records
Support the configuration and management of Reporting tools (Reporting Mark-up reports, Terminal retention reports, Audit trail reports etc.)
Support the implementation of tests
Analysis of test failure
Support of the creation of test reports
Excellent Training skills
The candidates must have expertise in the following domains:
