Need H1-B ready candidate - US WLAN Tester Requirement
Details :
BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science.
3+ years Embedded or wireless system software testing and automaton on telecommunications devices a plus.
Engineer will be primarily responsible for testing 802.11a, b, g and n capable handsets.
Test activities cover protocol/functionality (including Security/Authentication schemes, QoS etc.), WiFi certification tests (WPA2, WMM, WMM-PS, WPS).
RF/PHY/L1 testing and system performance (throughputs, power consumption, CPU loading, range vs. rate) evaluation
Prior experience with WLAN STA/SoftAP/P2P technologies.
Automation through scripting using perl.
Good experience in C/C++ programming Development experience in Android/Linux software is preferred
Debug the SW using various debugging tools. (e.g. TRACE32)
Familiarity with Omnipeek sniffer, wireshark tool is preferred
Must be self motivated, agile, good team player and able to work with minimal supervision.
Good inter-personal skills are a must along with communications skills both oral and written.
