JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE Duties and Responsibilities · Implementation of ACE Processes· Implementation of EHS Processes· Implementation of Sub Contractor Processes· Implementation of Repair Processes· Implementation of Service Processes· Maintain Zero lost time and Accident.· Tool Box Talk Meetings· Compliance of WWJSS Requirement.· Provide Support for timely AMC, Conversion Renewal of existing units.· Provide support and Health check up for Recovery and acquisition of Elevators.· Prevent Losses of Existing Elevators.· Generation of 'T' orders and completion of 'T' order within one month max.· Monitor Routine Maintenance in the area. (100% servicing of units in each month)· Completions of QI/CI Tip.· Maintain Lowest Call per Unit per Annum (4 CPUA)· NIS Inspection· 100% AES to be done and return pink copy of each units· Maintain Highest Audit rating in Area.(Minimum 75%)· Conduct Reporting of Sub Ordinates in the morning· Surprise visits to sites where Technicians are working· OJT to technician to upgrade their technical knowledge.· Other responsibilities' will be informed as when required.QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE Graduate or Diploma in Engg. Any discipline - 3 to 5 years in Maintenance / Trouble shooting in elevator industry Preferably from Elevator Industry.
