Our Client is a Joint Venture Company Branches all over South India. Their activities are Design, Manufacturing, Installation and Maintenance of Elevators. JOB PROFILE FOR "MARKETING MANAGER" A) RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Follow up of Enquiries generated by Branches. 2. Preparation of Estimates and pricing for NE and Mod. 3. Preparation & Submission of Tenders / Offers. 4. Coordination in preparation of BOM for Mod contracts. 5. Preparation of standard GADs. 6. Negotiation with Customers if required. 7. Participating in Technical discussions / meetings with the Customer. 8. Coordinating with Factory & HO-FOD in execution. 9. Intimating the Customers regarding dispatch of materials and acceptance. 10. Monitoring Delivery dates, Penalty clause, Firm price period etc., related to each pending contract. 11. Follow up of GAD approval & manufacturing backlog. 12. Materials follow up with factory. 13. Asset review with Branches. 14. Weekly & Monthly reporting. 15. Compilation of data / reports from Branches. 16. Follow up of Monthly Forecast. 17. Handling Customer complaints. 18. Planning for new Customer visit. B) QUALIFICATION : 1. Graduate or Diploma in Engineering. 2. Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.,) is necessary. C) EXPERIENCE : 1. Minimum of 4 years experience in Marketing / Contracts in Elevator Industry. D) OTHER REQUIREMENTS : 1. Should have good communication skills in English. 2. Experience in self correspondence shall be given preference. 3. Should be less than 35 years of age. E) SALARY RANGE : 1. Around Rs.3,00,000/- CTC per annum F) LOCATION : Head Office
