Asst. Manager - Project appraisal - Chennai
Job Requirement: To look after the project appraisal, project
development, procurement activities and project management of urban
infrastructure projects like water supply, roads & bridges, sanitation
& sewerage, sold waste management, bus stations, shopping complex
etc., The applicant must be enterprising and result oriented persons
and should have strong appraisal skill and communication skill.
Applicants must be well versed with the application of computer
software for project appraisal.

2. Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical
/Electrical )(preferably with Civil Engineering) with MBA (or)
Bachelor Degree in Commerce with MBA (Finance) / AICWA /ACA and (b)
Knowledge of Tamil is essential.

3. Experience: Not less than Three years experience in dealing with
project appraisal, consultancy and project development and

4. Location: The position is based at Chennai.
5. Salary package: Cost to Company will be about Rs.37,000/- per month.
