Their activities are Design, Manufacturing, Installation and Maintenance of Elevators.  JOB PROFILE FOR AREA EXECUTIVE - BANGALORE JOB DESCRIPTION a. Implementation and Monitoring of ACE Processes b. Implementation and Monitoring of EHS Processes c. Implementation and Monitoring of Service Processes d. Implementation and Monitoring of Erection Processes e. Implementation and Monitoring of Sub Contractor Processes f. Lead a team of professionals of various functions like New Sales, Installation, Customer Service, EHS, Support and Admn functions g. Keeping a check on all business outstanding by regular asset meetings. h. Monitoring of installation activity by maintaining and regularly reviewing the FLSP and the backlog. i. Benchmarking key operational parameters like the installation cycle time, call back response time, collection cycle, average renewal and conversion rates and setting new benchmarks. j. Effective management of the entire team as well as relationship management with subcons and vendors. k. Working closely with the key builders and architects, influencers in his area. l. Responsible for the over all growth and development of the business in all areas (new sales, renewals, conversion, recovery, MOD, T orders) as well as the brand image. . REQUISITES a. Excellent Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal skills. b. Set high standards of ethical culture and integrity c. Preferably from Elevator Industry. Ability to handle Builders / Architects d. Should have communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi. QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE Graduate in Engg./Diploma in Engg. Any discipline with 5 to 8 years in Elevator field/any Engineering field/Capital goods with especially 2 years experience in Supervisory position. AGE - 30 TO 40 Years SALARY RANGE – Around 5 Lakhs CTC Per Annum. LOCATION – Bangalore.
